We are Hiring Sales Executive – Male Candidates Only.

Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage with potential customers over the phone. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about our products/services, and helping to generate sales or lead opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

• Make Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential customers to inform them about products/services, answer inquiries, and follow up on leads.
• Inbound Call Handling: Answer inbound calls, providing relevant information and resolving queries in a professional and efficient manner.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers and maintain a positive relationship through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly call quotas and sales targets set by management.
• Provide Product Information: Educate potential customers about the benefits of the product or service, answering any questions they may have.
• Data Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights during calls to identify trends and improve service delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role (previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam (fluency required) and basic Tamil (ability to understand and converse is required).
• Ability to engage with customers, address their needs, and influence decisions.
• Goal-oriented, with the ability to meet performance metrics and sales targets.
• Basic computer skills
• Strong listening skills and patience.
• Ability to handle rejection gracefully and remain motivated.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Previous experience in telesales.
• Knowledge of the industry or market you will be calling into.
