Job Description
Join our team at Restaurant Jobs in Kottayam, Thiruvalla as a Waiter/Waitress. You will deliver excellent customer service by greeting and seating guests, presenting menus and daily specials, taking accurate food and beverage orders, serving promptly, checking satisfaction, clearing and resetting tables, and handling bills and payments. Candidates should have good communication, a friendly professional appearance, basic math, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure. Previous customer service experience is a plus; flexible hours including weekends required. Full-time position with pay ₹15,00–₹18,00 per month, food provided and paid time off.
