Job Description
Location: Mumbai (Taloja)
Experience: 1-6 years
Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹4 LPA
As a Logistic Coordinator, your role will involve:
- Vehicle coordination for timely delivery and pickup
- Monitoring vehicle movements
- Contacting customers to schedule deliveries and pickups
- Daily route planning
- Managing urgent pickups and monitoring
- Controlling vehicle costs
- Following up on customer escalation emails
- Arranging and managing vehicles
- Supporting staff training and development
- Controlling in-transit damage
- Coordinating with the warehouse team
- Planning alternative orders for canceled pickups
Job Type: Full-time
