Job Description
Join our team as a Service Planner responsible for designing, scheduling, and optimizing maintenance and service activities to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with field teams, analyze service data, develop efficient route and resource plans, and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement. Candidates should have at least 2 years’ experience in operations or logistics, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with planning tools (Excel, scheduling software), and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A degree in logistics, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
