Job Responsibilities:
- Convert free trial customers to paid customers through outbound calls.
- Liaise with customers for upselling and cross-selling.
- Handle inbound queries about products and offers.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Update customer information in the system.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Document all communication as per standard procedures.
Requirements:
Education: 10+2/Non-technical Graduate | Experience: 6 – 12 Months
Skills: Telesales knowledge, local language proficiency, strong verbal and listening skills, attention to detail, customer centricity.
