Job Responsibilities:
- Support performance improvement for bottom quartile resources.
- Enhance performance of middle quartile resources through coaching & mentoring.
- Identify training needs and manage weekly training delivery for sales teams.
- Conduct on-the-job interventions, including buddy rides and audits.
- Ensure readiness for field deployment for new hires within 7 days.
- Support HSO Trainees for their initial three months to ensure productivity.
Education Requirement: Graduation in any stream
Experience Requirement: 4 – 5 years
Skills: Sales Approach, Prospecting, Negotiating, and more.
