Job Description:

The Collection Assistant will be responsible for advising customers on debt repayment strategies, providing customer service for collection issues, and managing assigned accounts including adjustments and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor assigned accounts and process customer refunds
  • Receive and verify invoices and requisitions
  • Prepare daily bank deposits and issue service charge receipts
  • Communicate with unit owners regarding service charge payments
  • Utilize Mollak Software for collection communications

Experience: 2 years in collections preferred
