Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead share issue procedures, including company valuations and statutory document preparation. Communicate with valuers and prepare share issue offer documents. Make realistic cash flow projections and analyze budgets against financial performance.
Preferred Skills:
CA IPCC qualification (at least one group cleared), 3 years of Articleship experience, confident in Excel, capable of working independently, strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and good communication abilities.
