Job Description
Reign Recruitz Solution Pvt. Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as International Voice Process Associates. Handle inbound and outbound calls, focusing on customer retention and issue resolution while ensuring a high first-call resolution rate.
Applicants should have 0-3 years of experience in an international voice process (BPO) and must possess excellent English skills along with strong negotiation abilities. Familiarity with CRM tools is essential.
This full-time position offers a salary of up to ₹25,00, along with night shifts, 5 working days, and 2 fixed off days (Saturday and Sunday).
