Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and validate warranty claims from dealers/service centers.
  • Coordinate with service teams for claim approvals and rejections.
  • Maintain warranty records and documentation.
  • Analyze recurring issues and report to technical teams.
  • Handle customer and dealer queries regarding warranty coverage.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in warranty handling in the two-wheeler industry.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle components and warranty processes.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
