Responsibilities include assisting patients with bathing, feeding and mobility; monitoring and recording vital signs; maintaining cleanliness of patient areas; assisting with wound dressing under supervision; properly handling medical equipment; and providing compassionate support to patients and families. Candidates should hold a Nursing Assistant/GNM/ANM certificate or diploma (preferred), have prior clinic or hospital experience, basic patient-care knowledge, polite communication skills and willingness to work shifts. Preferred qualities include compassion, teamwork and basic medical knowledge. This is a full-time, in-person role with salary ₹10,000–₹36,138.45 per month.
