• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the store.
• Monitor store cleanliness, layout, visual merchandising, and product display standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

2. Sales & Customer Service

• Assist customers by providing product information, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Support sales strategies and initiatives to meet or exceed store targets.
• Track daily sales performance and report insights to management.

3. Inventory & Stock Management

• Oversee stock receiving, replenishment, and accurate stock counts.
• Prevent stock loss through effective monitoring and control.
• Coordinate with the warehouse or supply chain team to ensure timely availability of products.

4. Team Coordination

• Supervise store staff, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to performance standards.
• Train, mentor, and support team members to improve productivity and service quality.
• Help organize staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.

5. Reporting & Administration

• Prepare reports on sales, stock levels, customer feedback, and store performance.
• Maintain accurate records of store expenses, petty cash, and operational documentation.
• Assist in implementing promotional campaigns and tracking their results.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
