Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D visualizer POSM Display Designer to conceptualize, and design impactful Point of Sale Materials (POSM) for retail and brand activation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design POSM displays for both MT and GT Markets
• Create and Render high quality product shots
• Create high-quality 3D renderings, and mock-ups for client presentations
• Translate brand guidelines into innovative retail display concepts
• Collaborate with brand strategists, graphic designers, and client servicing teams
• Prepare production-ready drawings, measurements, and material specifications
• Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and printers
• Ensure designs meet budget, durability, and retail standards
• Stay updated with retail trends and fabrication techniques

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Experience in relevant field
• Degree/Diploma in Design, is an added advantage.
• Experience in POSM / retail display projects
• Proficiency in 3ds Max/ Blender
• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Understanding of materials and fabrication

Good to Have

• Experience with branding/advertising agencies
• Knowledge of designing artworks for POSM and working in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Degree or diploma in fine or applied arts
