Job Description
About the Role: We are hiring energetic and customer-focused individuals for our Digital Sales and Retention process. This is a voice-based role where you will interact with customers, help them understand product benefits, and assist in policy renewals or sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
– Explain product features and benefits clearly
– Retain existing customers by providing the right solutions
Required Skills:
– Good communication in English and Hindi
– Confidence in speaking and clear thought process
– Basic understanding of customer service and sales
Eligibility: Graduates with 0 to 2+ years of experience. Freshers can apply. Fixed Shift: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Work from Office). Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
Pay: ₹200,00 – ₹360,00 per year. Benefits: Health insurance, Provident Fund.
