Job Description
RealtyHub seeks a dynamic Sales & Marketing Coordinator (male/female) to generate leads, convert customers and achieve targets. You will perform cold calling, networking, client meetings, presentations and site visits, negotiate and close deals, maintain sales records, and build long-term client relationships. Key skills: real estate sales, lead generation & telecalling, client relationship management, site visit handling, communication, negotiation and market awareness. Full-time with flexible hours. Salary ₹12,00–₹20,00/month + incentives. Benefits include cell phone & internet reimbursement, commuter assistance and flexible schedule. Freshers welcome. Preferred location: Trivandrum, Kerala. In-person role.
