Job Description
Ravilon Hiring hai seeks a Sales Executive to develop new customers via field visits, calls and referrals; maintain client relationships; meet monthly/quarterly sales targets; prepare quotes, negotiate and close deals; coordinate production, dispatch and accounts; track leads in CRM/Excel; collect payments. KPIs: target achievement, new customer acquisition, revenue growth, lead conversion, timely collections. Requirements: strong communication/negotiation, customer-focused, MS Excel/email/CRM basics, ability to travel independently. Grad/Diploma required; MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred. Industry: Paper/Packaging. Full-time, in-person. Pay: ₹20,00–₹25,00/month.
