Job Description
Rathinam International Public School is seeking an IQAC Coordinator to lead quality assurance initiatives in accordance with NAAC guidelines. The ideal candidate will plan, implement, and oversee strategies for continuous improvement in both academic and administrative performance.
The responsibilities include developing the annual quality assurance plan, monitoring quality benchmarks, managing data for accreditation purposes, organizing capacity-building workshops, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
