Job Description
The Rathinam Group of Institutions is seeking a dedicated and skilled Soft Skills and Aptitude Trainer. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting classroom and online training sessions focused on essential soft skills such as communication, leadership, teamwork, and time management. Furthermore, the trainer will guide students in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability. Responsibilities also include designing and updating training materials, conducting mock interviews, and collaborating with the Placement Cell to ensure alignment with industry standards.

Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹40,00.00 per month
