Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join the IT team at Rapid Group of Companies. Your primary role will be to generate and convert leads into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to generate leads.
- Follow up on inquiries and schedule meetings.
- Explain IT services and products to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
Required Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi, basic IT knowledge, interpersonal skills, and CRM proficiency.
Qualifications: High school diploma; IT/Business/Marketing degree is a plus. Experience preferred, freshers welcome.
Salary: ₹18,00 – ₹30,00/month
