Job Description

RamMangal Heart Foundation is seeking an IT Support Officer to join our team. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Responding promptly to service issues and requests.
• Providing technical support across the company.
• Setting up accounts for new employees.
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
• Performing routine maintenance of internal services as needed.
• Maintaining landline systems and ensuring server operation.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹30,00 – ₹40,00 per month

Benefits: Paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
