Job Description
The Raichandani Group is seeking a dedicated RERA Officer to manage various responsibilities including:
- RERA Project Registration, Extension, Revision, and Quarterly Updates
- Client Follow-up for project-related data
- Visiting MahaRERA department as needed to resolve queries
- Preparation of RERA forms and coordination with Self Regulatory Authority
- Site visits and client meetings
Required Skills: RERA Compliance, Client Coordination, and Revision experience.
Experience: 2-3 years in real estate/construction.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹20,00 – ₹30,00 per month
Schedule: Day shift | Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus
