Job Description
We are seeking a Banquet Sales Coordinator to develop and convert banquet leads, manage client communications, and support event planning for weddings, conferences, and private functions.
Responsibilities include preparing proposals and contracts, conducting site inspections with clients, coordinating with catering and operations teams, maintaining CRM records, and assisting with billing and event timelines.
Required: 1+ years in hospitality sales or events, excellent communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems. Results-driven, organized candidates preferred.
