Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Customer Success team to manage accounts, support onboarding and training, analyze competitors, and identify upsell opportunities.
Requirements: Strong English communication skills, basic computing knowledge, proficiency in MS Office and CRM, and a passion for customer service.
Qualifications: 1-2 years of customer support experience, preferably in IT, and a relevant graduate degree.
Salary: ₹300,00.00 – ₹500,00.00 per year
