We are hiring an Export Documentation Executive responsible for preparing and checking export documents, coordinating with shipping lines, customs brokers and sales teams, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years export documentation experience, strong attention to detail, knowledge of Incoterms and export procedures, good communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
