Job Description
Radhika Heights Limited is seeking a skilled Company Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for convening AGMs, Board meetings, and ensuring compliance with statutory filings. Legal, financial, and strategic advisory skills are required, along with experience liaising with SEBI, NSE, and BSE.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience, with 2 years preferred. Proficiency in English is essential. This full-time position offers a salary of ₹45,00.00 – ₹60,00.00 per month, with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
Work location is in-person, with an expected start date of 12/07/2025.
