Role Overview: We are seeking a professional and empathetic Telesales Executive to assist customers in male sexual healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist with service details.
- Guide customers on appointments, order placements, and issue resolution.
- Use Zoho CRM to manage customer data and track interactions.
- Ensure confidentiality while discussing sensitive topics.
Requirements:
- Graduation is a must; prior telecalling experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Hindi and a personal laptop required.
