Job Description
Location: Remote
Salary: ₹25,00 – ₹30,00 INR/month
Shifts: 12-hour rotational shifts
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive training for new CSE agents.
- Coach agents on CRM usage and compliance for high-risk industries.
- Develop skills in customer handling and sales tactics tailored to iGaming.
- Monitor and evaluate performance, providing necessary feedback.
- Stay updated on product/process changes, adjusting training materials as needed.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years in customer service or training roles in Gaming/BPO.
- Strong communication skills (English and Hindi) and MS Excel.
- High energy, positive attitude, and ability to train remote teams.
- Familiarity with gaming terminology and player behavior.
