Job Description
QuickPlace is looking for a dedicated Hotel Front Desk Agent to serve as our guests’ first point of contact, managing all aspects of their accommodation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and relevant experience in the hotel industry.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing check-in and check-out tasks
- Managing online and phone reservations
- Welcoming guests and assigning rooms
- Providing information on rooms, rates, and amenities
- Addressing client complaints professionally
- Liaising with housekeeping to ensure room readiness
Qualifications: Plus Two, Fresher or Experienced candidates are welcome.
Salary: ₹9,922.55 – ₹20,00.00 per month.
