Job Description
QUICK PLACEMENTS seeks an Import/Export Specialist to manage export documentation, trade compliance and supply-chain coordination. You will prepare Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, B/Ls, AWBs and Certificates of Origin; arrange bookings with freight forwarders; ensure documents meet national and international customs and trade rules; verify shipping marks, weights and product shelf life; and maintain auditable export archives. Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse and QA to expedite POs, obtain supplier compliance documents (e.g., COA) for F&B exports, and resolve documentation issues. Requirements: minimum 3+ years export documentation and procurement support, strong Incoterms and L/C knowledge, F&B certifications familiarity and advanced MS Excel.
