JOB SUMMARY: The Associate Order Entry Clerk is responsible for entering supply orders into our Materials Management system (Peoplesoft). This role supports the National Order Entry Team in processing supply requests from clients, ensuring compliance with utilization restrictions and safety guidelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enter orders from management software into Peoplesoft.
- Notify clients about backorders and delivery times.
- Assist teams with client utilization inquiries.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant policies.
