Job Description
Join Quantean, Placement and Educational Services, as a Student Support and Admissions Officer. You will be responsible for managing lead conversions and providing detailed information to prospective candidates via phone, email, chat, and social media. Your role includes identifying references through our existing student base to enhance sales, updating lead discussions in our CRM software, and meeting targets in revenue and enrolments. Maintain effective communication with learners throughout the onboarding process and beyond.
