Job Description
Qualitest seeks an Automation Architect to lead automation for Healthcare clients in India. Posted 24 Nov 2025. The role requires deep technical expertise in TOSCA, Selenium and DevOps, plus strong leadership to guide a high-performing team. You will architect scalable automation frameworks for UI, API and data layers, drive tool adoption, create reusable accelerators, integrate automation into CI/CD (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab), mentor engineers, collaborate with QA, development and stakeholders, and define metrics for coverage and ROI. Required: 10+ years experience, hands-on Java/Python scripting, proven team leadership, healthcare domain and compliance knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
