Job Description
We are hiring an IT Support Executive to provide day-to-day technical support, maintain system reliability, and ensure smooth IT operations for staff and clients.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, monitoring networks, performing system updates, documenting incidents, and coordinating with vendors.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, 1–3 years of helpdesk experience, solid Windows/Linux knowledge, basic networking skills, and strong communication abilities.
Preferred skills: ticketing systems, remote support tools, backup and recovery procedures, problem-solving, and the ability to work under pressure.
