We are hiring a Sous Chef for Punnamada Resorts Pvt Ltd in Alappuzha, Kerala. Full-time role (₹30,00–₹40,00/month). Lead kitchen operations with proven experience as Senior CDP/Sous Chef, expertise in Kerala and South Indian cuisine, menu development, quality control, hygiene, inventory, food costing and staff supervision.
