Job Description
Location: PSV Enclave, 19/8B Rajaji Street, Radha Nagar, Chromepet, Chennai – 44, Tamil Nadu
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday-Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the main gate and visitor log.
- Monitor building services and ensure functionality.
- Coordinate repairs and oversee technicians.
- Maintain visitor and maintenance records.
- Ensure common areas are clean and well-kept.
Ideal Candidate:
- Good communication skills.
- Responsible and organized.
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance.
- Ability to work independently.
Pay: ₹10,00 – ₹15,00 per month
