Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Front Office Administrator to join our team at PSG. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Reception Duties: Greet visitors and answer phones.
- Administrative Support: Manage office supplies.
- Scheduling: Organize appointments and meetings.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records.
- Communication: Manage mail and email correspondence.
- Office Maintenance: Keep the reception area tidy.
- Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries.
- Project Planning: Support front desk operations projects.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹10,00.00 – ₹14,00.00 per month
