Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Chat Support Executive to join our growing team at Prowess Software Services Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing real-time assistance via live chat. Your responsibilities will include responding promptly to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex cases to the relevant departments.
