Job Description
Proviso is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You will partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and draft job descriptions for various platforms, including Naukri and LinkedIn.
Your responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening profiles, conducting initial HR rounds, and managing the offer process. A Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in talent acquisition are required.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: ₹25,00 – ₹30,00 per month
