Job Description
Prodapt is seeking dedicated Project Coordinators with exceptional communication and sales skills to join our Customer Chat Support Team in Thoraipakkam, Chennai. This full-time position requires immediate joining.
As a Project Coordinator, you will handle customer queries via chat, promote products, and ensure a high-quality customer experience. Your role will include team management, coaching, mentoring, and preparing weekly business reports. A graduate in any stream with strong written communication skills and a sales aptitude is required. Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in sales or chat support, preferably in Telecom Billing.
