Job Description
Proclivity Digitech Pvt Ltd is seeking an IT Executive to join our dynamic team. You will be the first point of contact for IT support, responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware components. Your tasks will include diagnosing issues, repairing components, and ensuring security through managing antivirus and firewall software. Support team members with device challenges and maintain technical documentation.
