Job Description
Priya Bakery and Confectionary is hiring a full-time Bakery Commis to assist the Bakery Chef in daily production. You will prepare doughs, fillings, creams and toppings, follow recipes and portion standards, maintain hygiene and FIFO storage, operate equipment safely, and support busy service periods. Requirements: basic baking knowledge, food safety awareness, ability to work under pressure, quick learner, team player, Malayalam required. Pay: ₹13,00–₹18,00/month.
