Job Description
Pristine Developers is seeking a dedicated and proactive Junior Safety Officer to join our team. Assist in implementing safety policies, conduct site inspections, and provide safety training to staff. Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), maintain safety records, and collaborate with management to address safety issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing safety policies.
- Conduct site inspections and hazard assessments.
- Provide training and safety inductions to staff.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Experience in construction safety preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
