Job Description
We are Print Craftz, a leading Graphic Designing & Advertisement House based in the Nadia District, specifically looking for a motivated Business Development Executive. This role offers a blend of fieldwork and telecalling, perfect for proactive individuals under 30 years old.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients.
- Pitch, negotiate, and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Meet monthly sales targets.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
- Strong sales passion and independent work capability.
Compensation: ₹10,00 – ₹15,00 per month + incentives.
