Job Description
Princeton IT America is seeking a motivated and dynamic IT Recruiter with 1+ years of experience to join our growing team in Bangalore. This full-time position involves handling the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for IT positions.
- Source candidates through various channels.
- Screen and evaluate profiles based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate databases.
- Negotiate salaries and ensure smooth onboarding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
- 1+ years of IT recruitment experience preferred.
Pay: ₹15,00 – ₹30,00 per month. Day shift.
