Job Description
Join our team as a Call Centre Executive to manage patient communication, appointment scheduling, and customer support for a busy healthcare facility. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, provide information on services and billing, schedule and coordinate appointments using HMS, maintain accurate patient records, and assist with teleconsultations. Resolve complaints, escalate issues, and liaise with OPD, diagnostics, billing and nursing teams to ensure timely patient care. Must maintain confidentiality, empathy, and professionalism. Full-time, in-person role. Compensation: ₹18,00–₹20,00 per month.
