Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries and bookings via phone, email, and online platforms, providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction, and monitoring car availability for timely dispatches. You will also coordinate with the operations team for fleet management and maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and invoices.
