Job Description
We are seeking a Floor Supervisor to lead and train floor staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance. You will manage daily operations, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, maintain cleanliness, and coordinate workflow. Responsibilities include resolving customer complaints, addressing employee concerns, acting as a liaison with management, monitoring inventory and stock levels, managing ordering, and keeping organized storage. You will set performance targets, track productivity, and report daily metrics and sales. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₹10,709.85 – ₹17,00.00 per month. Work Location: In person.
