Job Description

We are hiring a CSR Officer at Primarc Projects responsible for planning and implementing CSR programs and community initiatives; coordinating with NGOs, vendors and internal stakeholders; ensuring compliance with CSR policies and statutory guidelines; monitoring project progress and preparing impact and compliance reports; organizing employee volunteering and engagement activities; and maintaining CSR documentation, budgets and MIS reports. This is a full-time, in-person role with a salary range of ₹83,00–₹100,00 per month. Ideal candidates will have strong stakeholder management, reporting skills, and a commitment to measurable social impact.
