Job Description
Location: Hadapsar, Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients via incoming and outgoing calls.
- Manage mutual fund transactions and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams.
- Address client queries and provide resolutions.
Qualifications: 6 months – 2 years experience, knowledge of mutual funds, MS Office proficiency.
Pay: ₹12,500.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
