Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Billing Executive to join our team at Prasad Hospitals. The ideal candidate must have billing experience in the hospital field and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones and respond to patient inquiries.
- Assist patients with treatment forms.
- Collect billing and insurance information.
- Schedule patient appointments.
- Distribute mail appropriately.
- Provide billing information to patients and departments.
- Review billing procedures regularly.
